  • A dashboard warning light has come on - what should I do?

    Just give us a call on 01904 848008 and a member of our friendly team will be able to advise

  • My car is quite old, are you able to work on it

    Yes, we work on vehicles of all ages

  • What guarantees do you offer?

    BMW parts comes with a two-year warranty; non-BMW parts have a one-year warranty

  • Will my BMW manufacturer’s warranty still be valid if I have my car serviced with you?

    Yes, we work to the same standards as BMW and your warranty will still be valid

  • If you service my car do I need to contact BMW to update my online service records?

    No, we are able to do that for you so your online records are fully up to date

  • Are you able to tell me whether my car requires a factory update?

    Yes, while your car is with us we can give it a free check and advise you of any factory updates required

  • What are your business hours?

    The garage is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

  • What is your hourly rate?

    This is currently set at the low price of £68 plus VAT

  • How much does a service cost?

    Service costs start from £180 plus VAT

  • Do you offer courtesy cars?

    We are able to arrange a short-term courtesy car on request
